Shoebox can facilitate a process to produce the plan that fits your organization. It may be a year-long bridge plan to navigate known change or uncertainties, a three-year framework to focus the work of a growing organization, or a five-year plan to sustain an organization on a confident foundation.

Capacity building

Organizations can go grow their capacity to make good on the mission in many ways. Shoebox supports capacity building by establishing and improving internal structures, supporting external partnerships, and fundraising through grant-seeking and capital campaign communications.

Project management

In the current non-profit landscape, project management requires diplomacy, EQ, and a varied skillset. Complex, multi-organization, or multi-department projects may require navigating various working competencies styles inside and outside of your organization.
